JL21G series c-tpye frame high-speed press with steel-welded frame, high rigidity and less deformation. The stronger cast iron base, to reduce vibration and noise and improve the working environment. Gas chamber balance device, to improve balance the slide and the weight of the upper die ensuring higher stability of operation. The machine has dynamic balancing system, reducing the noise from vibration, extending the service life of the dies and improving working environment; Hydraulic locking device for connecting rod, to enhance the precision of bottom dead center. Pneumatic combination friction clutch-brake, low noise, and long service life, to ensure reliable safely and flexible action. Fixed speed motor and inverter are adopted. Production lines of special specifications can be made subject to the user's requirements.
